Welcome to Fluid Wellbeing’s Free Meditation Series.

I’m excited to share with you my passion for Meditation as it has helped me transform and heal in a variety of ways. These 3 Meditations are different styles of Meditation that will help you reduce stress, find clarity in your mind, and ultimately lead you to connection to your True Self. Each Meditation is about 7.5 mins long and can be listened to anywhere ( in your car, at work, at home, etc.). They’re designed to be listened to in sequential order 1-2-3 in order to help you build resiliency for longer and more revealing meditations. Listen to 1 at a time or all 3 in a row to build your focus and concentration.
